Saint Turner Charitable Fund, established to honor the legacy of the late William H. Turner, Jr. and the late Mavis Rochester Turner, seeks to foster a family tradition of service to the community. Understanding the profound importance of giving back, we are committed to supporting initiatives dedicated to social justice, education, culture, and humanitarian aid, as well as other areas where we can make a meaningful impact.
Through this Fund, we strive to create a lasting and transformative difference in the lives of those in need.
“Grateful for where I come from, grateful for the people who poured into me and grateful for my grandparents who shaped me. I know what it feels like to need help — to need support, guidance, food, shelter, or simply someone to care. And it’s because I know that feeling so well that I’m committed to helping others in any way I can. I realized that we don’t have to be super rich to give back, and we don’t have to wait to make a difference. Real change begins with everyday people deciding to pour into their community, even in small ways. If my story, my journey, or this foundation can motivate even one person to help someone else… then that alone is worth everything.”
